Hello to everybody.

This website contains the [unfinished] manuscript of my novel Cause of Death.

N.B.: This is a work in progress. If you copy sections of this manuscript and present them to a person in a position of authority as your own work, you have broken the law and can be prosecuted under the Australian Copyright Act 1968.

Hi there! My name is James Robert. I am the author, and you are the responder. Please leave me some feedback when you find the time.

James Robert Schofield was born to happily married parents on the 18th of September, 1993. He will be turning 15 in 2008 A.D. (The year at the time of writing.) He has two brothers, Lachlan (currently aged 12) and Cameron (currently aged 10).

James has always loved reading, ever since he was five years old, when he learned how to read in Kindergarten. He soon moved on to the 'extension reading' and read his first chapter book Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone at age 7. He really enjoyed this book and it helped spark his interest in writing.

James's writing career began in a NSW Yr 2 classroom in 2001. Eight-years-old, he stood in front of a class of infants students and read his story about the killer troll whose farting caused all the Billy Goats to die. Now, James is nearly 15-years-old. He likes to write creatively and explore different genres. Cause of death is a science fiction novel. He hopes it will be well-received on the Internet and eventually, published.
